Construction and renovation waste
Debris is heavier than it looks
Renovation waste is dense. Hacked tiles, screed, concrete, brick and plaster fill a bin by weight long before they fill it by volume, which is why every bin has a tonnage cap as well as a size. Booking the bin that matches the volume and ignoring the weight is the single most common mistake on a renovation job.
Tell us what the waste actually is when you book — tiles and concrete, or timber and plasterboard — and we will point you at the right bin. It is a two-minute conversation that saves a second trip.
Soil and earth disposal
Soil and excavated earth are handled as a quote, not an instant order. They are heavy enough that the job is priced by tonnage rather than by bin, and where the material goes depends on what it is mixed with. Send us the volume, where the site is, and whether the soil is clean or mixed with rubble, and we will price it.

If you run several units at once, or the same job every month, do not book bins one at a time. Talk to us about a standing arrangement — it gets you a better rate, and it means the bin is already scheduled when the hacking finishes.

Site access and placement
Construction sites and condo renovations have their own rules about when a lorry can come in and where a bin can stand. Tell us the site type and any access restriction on the booking form — gate hours, height limits, management approval — and we will work to it.
