What this covers
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who else processes it, and how long it is kept. It applies to this site and to bookings and quote requests made through it.
What we collect
When you book a bin or request a quote we ask for your name, mobile number, email address, the site address, and the details of the job itself. We collect this because we cannot deliver a bin without knowing where it goes and cannot confirm a booking without being able to reach you. If you send photographs with a quote request, we keep those with the request.
Analytics
We would like to measure which pages help people book. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept when asked. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all — there is nothing running in the background to opt out of afterwards. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the question appear again.
Advertising
We advertise on Google. If you accept analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement runs on the same basis and tells us that a booking came from an advertisement — never who you are. We do not pass your name, number, email or address to any advertising platform.
Who else processes it
Our website and database are hosted with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to carry out your job or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for answering questions about past jobs. Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for a shorter period. Photographs sent with a quote are deleted once the job is closed.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond. This site is operated from Singapore and the Personal Data Protection Act applies to it.
