These terms
These terms apply when you book a skip bin or a collection with us through this website, by phone or by message. Booking a job means accepting them.
Quotes and prices
A price we give you is for the job as you described it: the bin size, the waste type, the address and access, and the dates. If the job on the day is materially different — a heavier load, a bin that cannot be reached, prohibited material in the bin — we will tell you before doing the work and agree the change with you.
Bookings, dates and changes
Delivery and collection dates are the ones agreed when you book. If you need to change a date, tell us as early as you can and we will move it where the schedule allows. If you leave the collection date flexible when you book, the job is scheduled when you confirm it with us.
Access and placement
You are responsible for making sure there is a lawful, safe place for the bin to stand and clear access for the lorry, and for obtaining any permission the property or its management requires. Where a bin would stand anywhere other than private property, tell us before the delivery so we can confirm what is needed. If we cannot place the bin on arrival for reasons at the site, the visit may still be chargeable.
What may go in the bin
Only the waste types listed on our "what we accept" page may be placed in a bin. Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, batteries, gas cylinders, medical waste and liquids must not be. If prohibited material is found in a load, the disposal facility may reject it, and the cost of handling that lands on the booking. Do not overfill a bin above its rim, and do not exceed its weight limit.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your booking. We reconcile every payment by hand against the reference on your booking, so please use the reference you are given.
Liability
We take care on site, but a heavy vehicle and a steel bin on a driveway or a grass verge carry some risk. Tell us about anything fragile at the placement point — drains, tiling, irrigation, a soft verge — before delivery. We are not liable for damage arising from a placement you directed us to where you did not tell us about a hazard we could not see.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one published when you booked it.
