Booking tracking is being built. Until it is live, call or WhatsApp us with your reference and we will tell you exactly where the job stands.
What tracking will show you
- Your delivery date and time window, and whether it is confirmed
- Your collection date and window, including a flexible collection once it is set
- Whether payment has been received
- A timeline of the job, from the booking to the collection
What you will need
Your booking reference plus the mobile number or email address the booking was made with. Both, every time — the reference alone is not enough to see a booking, on purpose, so that nobody else can look up yours.
